CXX Utilities

The CXX utilities are mainly a collection of program source code and library routines that were created or collected over the years with specific purpose of making them freely available with no charge or obligation. See the copyright_notice. Note that not all of the source code in this collection is mine to give away, see below. They include relative old versions of fnmatch.c fnmatch.h regex.c regex.h parse_date.c parse_date.h Additionalling the following entire directories are not covered by my copyright -- as they were created by other people: pop3 -- not really used by any other parts of the code found here. pdcurses -- used only on windows.
